Pet Policy

We are pet friendly. We currently accept a maximum of 2 cats or 2 dogs or 1 cat and 1 dog with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in. A $250 refundable pet deposit, per pet, is required at the time of move-in, along with a $25 monthly pet rent/ pet.

Everything about it here is great. Great staff. Great mail system. Great parking system. It seems like everyone has a great balcony view as well. We have a convenient trail behind the complex which is nice on Saturday mornings. I recommend everyone checking this place out.

First I moved in in 2019. Although My move in date was October 1st, Vonya was in touch with me to start my move in process months before that. She was so helpful and everything went smooth. Then I moved back this month after 5 months and still everything went smooth. Kelley and Vonya both made sure I have my keys after a long drive from another state. They are the best! The apartments here are so spacious. I love that it is so quiet and close to a lake! Who doesn't want to live like that!
